On the left hand side of your screen at the upper left, there's a houselike icon. (this is only if you're not on the homepage. if you are, disregard that step.) Click it. When you're there, near the upper right, there's a button called "Chat" press it, and near the left hand side, there's a row of a few public rooms. I suggest click the shoutbox. it's the most lively one!! Hope this helped!!
