<![CDATA[Complaints and Suggestions]]>Recently a ton of people have been leaving the site or posting that they were leaving the site due to various issues. With all the backlash from the community I thought that it'd be a good decision to just ask what could be improved, if I feel your ideas are good, then I'll take them to administration. However I will say that a lot of the issues we're facing, like banned people, or the shitpost rule WILL NOT be fixed. We can discuss how we could possibly work on those, but what we want BDNS' community to look like, is one that actually cares about what they're discussing. We want this to be a place where people can discuss interests, current events, and even debate topics so long as the debates remain civil. You may see the staff team as not wanting to listen but I can assure you, all we want to do is make this place more lively and comfortable for the community. It just becomes hard to listen when people immediately begin complaining or protesting decisions rather than DMing a staff member and discussing them. So with this post you now have a safe place to state your opinions, no hostility will be shown so long as your suggestion isn't a joke.

I know there's the category but you can't really post while you're banned. Email's also an option, but it becomes a problem for switch users who can't use most email providers. There is going to be a tradeoff here though-- we don't want it get too high for any user to upload large files. Maybe large file uploads can be put behind rep requirements / a group in the future.
