However, there are a few things I would like to go over before I post them that way everyone is aware of if they should apply or not.

Activity: Being a moderator requires a good amount of work each week, while it isn't too much, I wouldn't recommend applying if you're rarely on, prone to not being able to get on, or are bad with due dates.

Punishment Record: If you've received anything recently, around the last month or two, you cannot apply. Verbal warnings can be talked about with me privately if you'd like to check if you can apply, but besides that the only way you can apply with recent offenses is if you appeal them and get them off your record.

Behavioral Requirements: Being a moderator has a few behavioral requirements that go with it, first of all, if you consider yourself to be a biased person or are worried you will be, don't apply. You must also be able to be serious when rules are broken, being soft is okay, but you must take your job seriously enough to warn when you see issue rather than not doing so simply because you feel bad. The last thing I will go over in this section is professionalism, moderators should not be seen shitposting repeatedly, using incorrect topics, or arguing in public chats. If you have a history with fighting, harassment, or disrespect, or you don't believe yourself able to behave seriously when posting, don't apply. It is okay to be funny, it is not okay to do so excessively to the point the staff team looks informal.

With those very basic requirements stated, I'll go into some detail regarding the application. It will have a Google Form, but since the timeout deletes progress I will include screenshots so that you can DM me with answers. If you don't want to read the screenshots I will also have a copy of all the questions in text so I could send it to you in DMs. But most importantly of all remember to answer the questions truthfully, if I catch a lie on anything, your application will be turned down immediately. With everything said, good luck and I hope to see some new faces on the moderation team!
