I think it'd help if flipside could maybe work their way up to hanging out irl. For example, they start out with texting and calling their friends so they're much more comfortable with speaking to them, and they build up the courage to see them IRL ^^

Like,,, not the 007n7 version, but who you are in real life. Taking breaks is also a great thing to do. These can include hobbies like reading and such, or even can be as simple as watching a show or movie ;P

This sounds like I'm just trying to say "go touch grass," but I'm really not 😭 just communicating and parttaking in the real world can be such an immense help.
