I know this stems from dysphoria and poor mental health. Ive been there too and I know how it is, I'm still even trying to recover and help myself. But this genuinely isn't healthy. You're not a Roblox character and you're not in forsaken. I'm sorry, but you really should seek professional help or speak with someone you can at least trust.
