Why do they hate who they are? Or is that too personal? Or, do you not know as you seem to be separate people.

@007n7 well, I mean a way to start is going out and finding some friends who you can hang out with while being your true self. Like,,, not the 007n7 version, but who you are in real life. Taking breaks is also a great thing to do. These can include hobbies like reading and such, or even can be as simple as watching a show or movie ;P

This sounds like I'm just trying to say "go touch grass," but I'm really not just communicating and parttaking in the real world can be such an immense help.

@007n7 It's honestly understandable to be much more comfortable speaking over text. I think it'd help if flipside could maybe work their way up to hanging out irl. For example, they start out with texting and calling their friends so they're much more comfortable with speaking to them, and they build up the courage to see them IRL ^^

Or maybe even practice by having conversations with themselves. I actually did this for a bit when I was socially inept,,,

Oof. Being grounded sucks, I honestly don’t understand why parents cut off friends while being grounded, seems a bit.. counter intuitive for me.
