For it is with experience with Online Interactions and the idea of free speech be balanced with boundaries between criticism/opinions and criticism disguised as harassment.
I want to guarantee and restate the fact that I will stay both formal and un-formally silly while also forming a cultural relationship with the BDNS community.
I will act civilized like the average human joe and if there was a problem I would stop, listen, and get both sides of the story of said problem.
If anyone is struggling or wanting to file a report, I will be the first person to talk to, I would patiently hear the reporter's side of the story and once an investigation is finished I will carefully and respectfully decide whether any action at all has to be taken or not.
5. What are your Goals within the Team, if hired? (4+ Sentences)
My goal is to guard the forum against bot accounts that are freely roaming around with 0 hesitation of existing, any bot account beyond this point will be swiftly taken care of and wiped out instantly without a trace.
Another Goal of mine is to make BDNS a safe place for newer people that recently joined the community by giving them starter tips on how BDNS works and functions.
An Additional Goal that I have is letting people decide what can be added to BDNS (WITHIN LOGICAL REASON) just to keep things on BDNS new and engaging.
And my final goal throughout this is to continue Wolfie's legacy while also being Kiwi with acceptance and oath-full to the BDNS community.

6. How do you handle Failure? (5+ Sentences)
   Failure is like a mirror, it reflects on the mistakes to make, but you live and learn from your mistakes while being a better version of yourself.
   With Failure, what I would do is get up, face the problem in the eye and locate potential solutions for said problem and prevent it from ever happening.
   Failure is not an option for me and if I have a priority on my hands, I will continue to fight on and won't let anything get in the way of my oath and dedication to serve the BDNS community
   Failure will not be an excuse for me to call it quits, I will sacrifice time out of my school days to scan and protect the very same place I took refuge in almost 1 year ago, I deeply care about being here on BDNS.

We all make mistakes but with teamwork, we can live, learn, and get some idea where we can do literally anything if we put our minds to it.
