To me it seems like we are just saying shit without actually looking into the whole point of having moderators, which is to enforce rules. Nothing in this world is free from consequences or some form of limitation, that is a fact, so if we are going to speak factually here, we are practically doing the same thing that the whole world is doing. Our rules are made to keep our platform healthy, safe, and enjoyable to some extent. P

At the end of the day, there are laws that require us to avoid breaking, so before we sit here and f*cking assume that moderation is pointless, maybe go fact check? Not hard.

i also dont like that youre comparing mods on a website to real-world corrupt government. the two can have parallels, sure, but youre immature and unaware of whats happening in the real world if you truly believe the two to be similar.

As the text above says, moderation is used as a tool to rule over others of equal true value. Mods enforce strict rules and silence those who don't obey. Even if the moderators aren't responsible for censors, they continue to serve a false god who plays protector while controlling large groups of people.
The false god itself, being the idea of a controlled society ruled by small groups of corrupt socialists that support every word the other socialists say, as well as serving their disgusting "god:" moderation.
