i feel a bit good, but sad at the same time. everything gets better slowly, my sad moments come less often but when they do they hit hard. i noticed my biggest trigger slowly peeling into something that makes me.. calm.. i used to be afraid of silence. when it went silent, my mind did too.. but there wasnt a silence as in blank.. it was more happiness.. ive found that now.. im just relaxed, i stay up at night to hear the silence.. its peaceful, its nice.. it makes me feel alone (in a good way) away from drama, from yelling, from stress. just me :) this is a very light vent, it only has breif sadness mentions. its more of a happy one :) ive found my calmness, my peace.
