<![CDATA[the bath (a poem)]]>running running goes the tap the bath fills as i curl into myself the cuts bleeing the water pink and waving on the cuts hot and steaming burning the cuts but i dont scream.

i stare like it holds the answers like it oues me a apology for the world i call home

above me sits the shower light broken and orange humming into the night as the steam suffacates my being.

as i get out i see it staring back its blue eyes of pity.

pity is a apology for what i can't understand.
