Ok
So
There's this person I actually love and have a crush on but we've already dated and we kept it in secret because they aren't allowed to date people. We got caught a few months ago (we were together for 2 1/2 years) but we made a promise to wait for eachother so we could actually be together. The thing is, I have NO IDEA on how to avoid crossing boundaries now that we're technically just friends now. We were talking about our future wedding and making jokes and that was fine, but when I pointed out (I thought this was sweet????) that we've already been together for three years so four is gonna feel like nothing, THEY LOOKED SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I dropped the topic and apologized and asked if they were ok, and they said that they were, they just didnt want to talk about it. I don't know why (they're also my best friend for 6 years btw) but I just cant read them and when I ask what's too much or if they're ok they dont talk to me and just say they're fine or tired (They are most likely 100% tired because of mrching band, but they say that outside marching band aswell.) I just dont know what to do. Maybe I'm just paranoid??? I also dont want to speak for them because they are their own person but I'm so confused. Thoughts???
