A little input on the monster: It is likely sweetend with aspartame or sucralose, which are actually a lot worse for you long term than sugar is. Both are known to cause brain fog and have terrible effects on your liver and kidneys. Some scientists link it to neuro diseases like dementia and brain cancer. Disgusting organizations like the FDA permit the use of it in "low" percentages and dismiss it because aspartame and sucralose are byproducts, which makes it extremely affordable compared to harvesting other natural sweetners. Banning the use of them would make food industries have to pay to dispose of the artificial sweetners in some way rather than using them for money. They don't care about the health of the population as long as they can line their pockets.

Sugar can increase chances of diabetes if you eat large quantities of it regularly and tooth rot if you don't properly brush, but that's nothing compared to cancer and dementia.
