<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[My typical FFF (Flight, fight, or freeze) response...]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">So, lately, I've noticed that when <em>I</em> sense a threat/danger or get really anxious, my FFF <strong>SPIKES</strong> (like it should).</p>
<p dir="auto">But... Lets be real, if I was ever in a life-threatening , I'd probably be the first one dead. Why? BECAUSE MY IMMEDIATE RESPONSE IS TO <strong>FREEZE</strong>. And I'll stay still until I can <strong>FULLY</strong> understand what is happening. There have been times where I have stood still for about <strong>10 MINUTES</strong> trying to figure out what the hell just happened.</p>
<p dir="auto">Like today for example;<br />
I had just gotten out of the shower and was walking past the laundry closet. I had saw the shirts hanging up ahead of time, but I guess my mind take that in quick enough. So, when I actually got to my room and went to go shut my door, I saw those fuckass shirts in the corner of my eyes AND FROZE UP BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE. I stood there for about <strong>3-5 mins</strong>, trying to register what the hell that was..</p>
<p dir="auto">I'D BE DEAD. Like, I think what's more scarier is my immediate response to surrender/freeze rather than the <strong>ACTUAL</strong> threat.</p>
