I have ZERO respect for the idea that she deserves to make 200$ an hour sitting on her αss ruining kid's lives and funnuling everything they say back to the parents on the idea that it's for safety reasons when it's something like telling a kid's parents they are gay (the parent's are homophobic and that info being shared with parents harms the kid) and then not seeing them whenever something serious comes up and just puts kid's in crisis or sends them to psych hospitals.

(in my region psych hospitals are nothing more than small rooms with next to nothing in them where the most horrific abuses of children you can imagine transpire.)

where as, a nurse making next to nothing being more of a therapist to people than the actual therapist's and doing some of the grossest things ever working 12+ hour shifts is making hardly anything and can barely pay rent.
i've spent time in a ICU, those nurses are working so hard and doing more than actual therapists do and them getting payed so little pisses me tf off. the nurses deserve that money, not the shrinks.

everyone is entitled to their own system of set beliefs, but it matters on you and those beliefs influence in the real world. It isn't necessarily about the intention, but on the effects brought on afterwards.

I'll keep this short and simple, but religion as a whole has been used throughout history to persuade the public; causing both fear mongering and reinforcing fascist ideology to the public by acting as a moral code that allows the public to follow a set of ideals pushed or even created by the individuals in power. Whether it's the dictation of female autonomy and their bodies, to your sexual or gender identity, the social perception of all these traits are affected due to religion. Look at what's going on in Afghanistan, women are treated and seen as having less worth than an object. You aren't particularly wrong for thinking these systems are against you, because i guarantee at one point in time, they definitely were.

However, the government used these tactics in the past, during the times of the red scare, reinforcing capitalistic ideology. Nowadays, religious beliefs don't dictate the public as much as before; they generally have less weight today in the regard of coaxing or impact because eventually, people have given up and have lost hope. And I don't blame them. Religion is also still modernly used as a coping mechanism during times of grief, such as the Great Depression (which we're arguable experiencing another one today, but I digress) and WWII struggles. It's a free source of hope and a sense of meaning during times of hardship. Although, I definitely won't deny that these times lead people to secularism because said hardships also caused despair.

Me personally, I'm against religion as a whole, it has zero backing behind any of it, yet, that doesn't mean that I'm going to yell at everyone who says Jesus is their lord and savior or anyone's way of life if it isn't harming anyone, and like i said previously, it's a way to cope for some people and who the hell am i to judge. Sorry for taking long to respond as well, i got distracted midtype . My only opinion on that is that I don't think that land belongs to Israel, but I also don't support terrorists groups. The actual citizens of Palestine have nothing to do with Hamas personally, but do voice support of them. Whether that's for good reason or not is up to them.

I get that foreign ties are important, I just think that foreigns wars shouldn't be. Let that be up to them. Foreign wars shouldn't be funded by the American tax-payer

The whole world is interconnected, our societies and politics impact each other. Countries aren't as divided as you think, it's why the UN exists. Which, America has currently pulled itself out from, breaking several peace treaties and whatever. Also, currently America is directly in communication with israel, trump is buddy buddy with that nation. He quite literally gave them access to all our military and weapons. So no, it isn't hearsay (just using that as an example).

I also experience extreme stress, hatred, and whatever you can think of from learning and thinking about all this, but i'd rather be educated than another one of the sheeple blindly following what nonsense their leaders spout. I wanna at least use my privilege of education so when I'm of legal age and have free-will to actually contribute back to this world, I know in which direction to head towards and which causes I can most impact positively or whatever.

I donneven know anymore, this world is genuinely so shitty and things aren't going to get better unless we revolt, but even then, there's never going to be worldwide peace because human-nature will always exist; there will always be conflict and its also idiotic to think that it will all vanish one day. Yet, it still isn't worthless to try and at least make living on Earth more bearable for all of us.

When I refer to leftist propaganda specifically, I'm referring to things that are spread about politicians that that have no evidence to support them. Just hearsay.

I don't have tiktok. I'm referring to the majority of the popluation that gets their news from out of context clips on social media platforms and doesn't actually look into anything.

I don't see the point in participating in politics myself because my hair literally falls out and I experience weight loss from the stress it gives me.

I also understand that the hatefulness of both parties can be annoying, but you can't expect any progress to ensue without any strong pushback or violence.

I wish we could bring back the time when people had their own opinions and could talk to eachother about them civilly without (quite literally) being at eachothers throats. The time when people realized that other people have the right to their own opinions and they respected it and it didn't bother anyone. The time when people from both sides could be friends despite their differences.

Unfortunately, that is impossible now with the society we've curated. The world is so hateful and divided to the point that it makes me absolutely sick. We've lost our dignity. Mostly due to selfishness and propaganda from both sides. Yes, you heard me right. Both sides. I've seen my fair share of absolute bs on the right and left from every tiktok and instagram influencer on the planet and I honestly don't even know what to do with it anymore. I am burned out. I can't say I agree with the right, but I can't say I agree entirely with the left either. I can't stand the two-party system of today.
