My heartbeat is really fast for no reason. I keep getting tunnel vision when I stand or sit up. And I get headaches that feel like my brain is expanding past my skull. I feel like dying (extremely overheated and nauseous and about to pass out) when I go outside. It stays in the 90s where I live during summertime. I've fainted twice. Thrown up once tonight. Am I okay?

long story short, an iron supplement stoped my fainting and my weird heart beats went away for the most part. taking an iron supplement might help, i'm not a doctor but especially if you're assigned female at birth the anemia will come for you and even if the iron doesn't help, it likely won't harm you in anyway.
I take a woman's multivitamin with a bunch of iron in it from dollar tree and as long as I am consistaint and I remember to take it I feel ok and don't pass out.

Kidney Infections are the worst thing ever. The one I had was at least. I couldn't eat anything. Everything hurt so bad. I had to crawl on the floor to get to the bathroom. I've never been so sick. I almost fcking died from it. Thankfully, my prts took me to the ER before the infection went into my bloodstream.

My aunt says that I have POTS

I always forget that my body is living and it needs water. I get too caught up in other things.

My urine was pale yellow today, though. That should be good, right?
