<![CDATA[Anyone else annoyed when you notice someone doing this?]]>Like when you notice someone instantly acting like best friends with someone they just met and don't even know yet, then that person also tries to almost, like, hook onto that person and just contantly glaze and defend them 24/7 (or even attack others for that person). It's like they're treating social interactions like a form of hierarchy instead of a way to connect with people they genuinely like (edit: or can work with professionally) and get to know them, like it feels so fake.

Edit: This is called Tribalism btw, i forgot the exact name of it.

edit: I think I even considered making a topic exactly like this but it would've been way too obvious at that time who it was referring to and possibly shame that person directly or something (which wouldn't have been nice or really do anything except isolate/single-out that person)
