I believe mine was bought new and it was  $100, I do not know the exact price for like tax and stuff, mine isn't a school device but it was bought for me as a gift.</p>

I was hit by my mom until I was 10 and I hit puberty and she felt too uncomfortable to continue.</p>
<p dir="auto">I think in America it depends on the region for things like hitting children to be normal, in more rural areas it's very common whereas a big city in California smacking your child in public would be extremely tabbo and frowned appon.</p>
