It isn't We don't have a way for you to use chrome if that's what you're asking, for now we are using the switch browser and you are able to browse google that way. With that being said, there really isn't a way for you to update anything as there isn't anything to update from my understanding. https://dns.switchbru.com

@PIE which model? check your model number, usally A0000, with a real number instead of 0000 edit: iOS version should also help never give your serial number and imei number

@Mangia1987 sorry. But the only way to install the google play store is to mod your switch and put android on it. And for the OLED model. You have to take it apart to put a mod chip in
