ACCESS also made the WiiU and 3DS browsers, so it makes sense that they provided this for the Switch as well. The Switch also uses the same browser in several places on the OS, such as for the eShop or the News and Share applets.

i hope so too if the nintendo wii had a browser why can't the switch have one it's like nintendo really needs to step up their game and give what the people want.

its not the dns page doing that. its the nintendo switch. the dns page is just a timer. you have to jailbreak your switch in order to do that which you can find videos on youtube that have a tutorial on how to jailbreak your switch.
