    You can send chat messages regardless of how much reputation you have, it was disabled days ago. For the sake of fairness and considering I have spoke about this before because people were continuously downvoting posts for no reason, I will be removing the feature. @Forum-Moderators Please lock this

    Some ways your rep can go up is you can post topics, post replies (once u hit 10, u get 10 rep for it), and if your post gets upovted; it also gives reputation. Hope this helps!
