The staff team will have a meeting later today to resolve these issues. If any of you would personally like to request that we talk about any other issues or if you have suggestions, please post them in this category and we'll bring it up and look for solutions.

VGMoose and Pwsincd already know so please stop tagging them. It's a script so there isn't much we can do, they are already looking for solutions. I forgot to turn the post queue on overnight, someone was at my house.

Okay, I see. So you're saying i'm in the wrong and i'm overreacting after you violated one of our Global Moderators by comparing them to a "potato with green hair". Absolutely not! i'm not overreacting. I went off of what was presented to me and maybe you should consider thinking about what you post because I didn't like half of this post either. Sounds outrageous but I will consider accepting the other half, which was your apology. If there is one thing I hate then that is people telling me I was overreacting when i've been extremely patient with you from the start. Like I always tell our staff, when you post think about the negative effects it can have on people, which is exactly what you didn't do. Even after what you said your only chance to appeal this demotion immediately is going to the administrators @VGMoose/@Pwsincd or speaking with my partners, @Almond, @Nared or @NightmareWolfie, but I still refuse to rehire you at this time. Edit: I will also ask the rest of the forum services team what they think and depending on what they say will determine if I was will hire you back immediately. I am standing my grounds on this. You can come back to me in 90 days and appeal this demotion, maybe i'll consider it. Any other requests will be denied. Edit: I forgot to mention but your group of friends can stop messaging telling me that you're a great team member and all this and that. Everyone gets the same treatment and if any of our senior staff said anything like this I would've done the same. But, I already know you have so much potential and how much you try to help people out here. At the end of the day it's always up to you to turn that potential into words and actions. I don't care about how much passion they have. Like I say if you're not going to make an effort into your position then this isn't the team for you, part of making an effort means being careful with your choice of words. I've been extremely patient with every team member. My answer is still a No and anymore complaints regarding this topic can be forwarded to the site administrators as they have already been tagged. @Administrators
