Ingredients:
- 2 large meatly potatos (such as russets)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil or sunflower oil sea salt
- 1o2. gravy granules (beef,chicken, or vegetable)
- 1 1/4 cup of boiling water
- 1/2 cheese curds or a piece of mozzarella (cut into cubes).
