guilt is by far the worst emotion, i feel guilty over everythinh lately and its like breathing thick air while being chained up or something /ref. but how can i control the guilt before it suffocates me, its hard to NOT be guilty, i feel as if im ment to be guilty beacuse im ment to be so perfect and not make any mistakes. the permanent marks, the words ive said before, my actions, simple mistakes, not thinking, how am i supposed to just be okay with it?
