So I can’t sleepmusic helps and if you set your pillow aside and it gets cold you can faceplant in it, cold pillows help my headaches and nightly stress. and the music is a thing to focus on instead of problems :)
i faceplant in the pillows and breathe in because its like opening a fridge, you get the cold then the cold air.

Relation ship advice?be you :) they chose you for you so just be yourself. another big thing though is boundries and asking about their triggers or stressers so you can avoid them. id say those are the most and its just basics :)
though be mindful and make sure to ask "hey can we discuss boundries?" and say yours and ask theirs. boundries are a big part.

Why are colored tags turning black?probibly just apart of the continued breaking of this site- i mean it has gone down ALOT and i assume theres lots of errors because of their new version or wtv... probibly their new changes conflicting with previous code or smth...
