How to tell if I'm having a bad mental health dayI have 3 tells:
- I don't wear my pride cuffs
- I skip lunch on Thursday during lunch (for context Thursday is Chinese food day and I almost never skip it)
- I have my LED lights off (this is more of an at home thing but still a tell)
