the fact there was no context to this, just announcing this to a bunch of strangers like how i'd announce in a random shit post I like Yuri and yaoi and the heart at the side of the title just makes me feel weird about it. like, I can understand talking to a close friend and telling them about this but a bunch of strangers who do not know you at all? and they also were being an asshat to people activity trying to help them, which is weird to me, why even tell us this if you're not going to want help? what the hell do they expect us to do for them let alone care or think they're being serious and not bullshitting to get attention?

genuinely, regardless of if this post is just a ploy to guilt trip people into feeling pity so they'll ignore their shitty behavior and excuse it, I hope they get better because even if what I just said is the case, they're a very mentally ill individual who clearly needs some sort of help, even if they're refusing it.

i've only personally seen two negative like, video essays on it, one complained it was too edgy and the other one was pearl clutching at a disturbing aspect of the show. i've literally seen more positive reviews of the show than negative, and while I wouldn't call it nechie, it's obscure enough most crash out moral high ground anime fans wouldn't know what the hell it was

happy sugar life if the anime isn't [censored] lost media in the US now, it's 12 episodes and each episode is about 25 minutes, I will say the manga is better and it is a psychological horror anime so take that how you will. it's basically a fucked up Yuri story.
