- I want to rejoin the program after a full year because I enjoy helping people and being part of a team. I've spent a lot of time on the site [Atleast I used to, freshman year was hard on me], so I know how things work and I want to help make it a better place. I like solving problems and answering questions when people need help. I also think this would be a good chance for me to put my skills to use as I moderate a lot of servers on Discord. Speaking from experience, I know being a moderator comes with responsibility, and I'm willing to put in the time and effort. Overall, I think I could be a positive and active member of the team. Besides, I've been on this site long enough to know how it works around here.
- If I'm hired, my main goal is to be someone the team can count on, since all of our amazing senior moderators and admins have been resigning. I want to help keep the community friendly and make sure people follow the rules fairly. I hope I can make a positive impact and regain the trust of both the team and the community.
- When I fail at something, I try not to let it stop me. I look at what went wrong and think about what I could do better next time. If I made a mistake, I've learned to admit it and learn from it instead of making excuses. I also don't mind asking for advice if I need help improving. I believe everyone makes mistakes, and the important part is learning from them and continuing to improve. Overall, I think I've grown a lot since my previous moderation experience here and I'm willing to be an honest staff member.
