For future reference -

For minor Infractions,
3 Warnings -> 1 Day Ban

For semi-major infractions,
1 Warning -> 3 Day Ban

For major Infractions that require immediate removal,
No Warnings -> 765 Day Ban

Also,
Getting 6 or more bans will be counted as a major infraction.
