@Dan it does, usually, shes mentally coping , if it helps her cope then let her / if that is making her unhealthy , dont let her do thath ( encourage her to do other things , be positive , etc. )

@GhostfaceKisser i dont know how to be supportive, when someone has a hard time the only thing i can do is just stand there not saying anything since i dunno what to do the only thing i could say are this generic stuff and i believe that would make it worse
