last night i decided to go put a ice packet on my back because i been having some back problems in my lower back area well i decided to put the ice packet directly on my skin well that wasn't a good idea it left me with a ice burn on my back that i literally had to put warm water on my back.

it never a good idea to put a pocket ice directly on wounds or skin, but anyway good recovery
