I got my switch taken away cuz i forgot to do something and my stepdad thought it was cuz of my switch.

Because i just joined, yalls don't know the backstory..

Back in october, my stepdad claimed my phone was hacked by my real dad (My dad does not even know how to sign into his own bank account and my stepmom always has to help him.) and my stepdad would tell me that my dad could hear what i say through my phome (Wtf?!) and one day in october he had me give him my phone and my stepdad would take it into the police.

My Real dad gets a call on thursday from the police stating they found my phone wrapped in tinfoil inside the celing of a gas station bathroom. My phone had 42% on it and the officers before opening it thought it was a B0mb So they brought K9 out.

I have no clue how to react to this situation...

When my dad got drunk and started yelling at my mom in the parking lot when picking me and my brother up and kids from my school were near and heared it all. I still got made fun of for being gay after that....
