I mean honestly there's different problems here. Sure you could just have melatonin or something, but clearly the problem is something trauma/stress related. My better advice would be to think about why you have these nightmares, and maybe try to work though it (I'd say speak to a therapist but I know)

Yeah usually I'll see that on a site you have yo write your own message about why you're flagging the person. Overall I think thats the best idea, because the devs shouldn't need to make an option for EVERY possibility. Letting people be specific would be much more effecent. And then maybe it kinda works like an email for mods, so that you would see the offender, the person who flagged them, and the reason. I don't know what the system is right now, I assume you just flag people and the mods do the rest
