as someone whos going into comp sci, comp tech, and has a good imagination.. i could think of things not many could.. i feel like even without knowing much- it really would be better if there was an easier way than taking water.. plus.. in the image.. its so dum- we waste water, just to have some image of idk "peter griffin fighting a crocodile" or some dumb response.

maybe try to eat healthier alternatives (apples and peanut butter is a great one!) when you want a snack and try to snack less in general, along with trying to do 10 minute walks everyday for a week then 15 then 20 and just keep trying to be more active loosing wait is a challenge especially with your medical condition but if you try little by little and ty consistent i promise you'll see positive change in your mental and physical health:)
