@sam-the-man I can't explain how much I relate to this.... It doesn't have to be bands just anyone on your shirt when you wear it you're representing that person/band/thing and the fact you don't even take the time to like maybe figure out what exactly you're wearing is actually crazy but at the same time I don't say nth because it is very much a trend and ppl are lazy and I don't wanna tell ppl what they can and can't do but it is like a pet peeve tbh

@CattyPlayzy cas is just what i call him. i forgot to mention he doesnt like people that arent extremely close to him calling him cas. he prefers castiel

Have you seen any of HealthyGamerGG videos? He did a good one on sleep a while ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1aogY1Tm2Lo I definitely relate, what (sometimes) works for me is just sitting down and forcing myself to do nothing at night. If I have a phone or computer I might just lie in bed for hours, and then yeah, you "ruin" the next day too, which is even worse if it's a weekend. Also, if I noticed if I'm more active during the day, it makes it a lot easier to fall asleep. Like going for a walk/run or some weight lifting. Like just spending the energy so you collapse easier.
