Why Flowey is a kid still despite being around for a long timeI'm mostly making this post because of this guy I saw on Youtube that yumeshipped with him and it pissed me off
Like idc if youre a yumeshipper or whatever but oh my god WHY FLOWEY. PLEASE. STOP. They were really weird about it as well. Anyways! Flowey is Asriel. Asriel died and his conciousness was transferred into a flower due to Alphys injecting it with determination. Asriel died as a child, a young child at that.
When someone dies, their age stays still. No matter how many years pass, they'll always be the age they were when they died. If Asriel was around the same age as Frisk (which is heavily implied), then he'd be around 5-9 years old. (Frisk canonically cannot count past 10, so I'd aim for the younger portion of that age range.)
This is not only obvious because of his age when he died, but also because of his constant immaturity, almost similar to that of A CHILD
