Just because you're new doesn't mean you can beg for followers and rep. You get both of those things by being a good person that people genuinely want to hear from. If you stopped shitposting then i'm sure you'd be at 0 rep or above.

No. If people would just answer questions and ignore shit then maybe they wouldn't be at negative reputation? Let the staff do their job and don't reply if you ain't gonna actually help with something.
