you need chrome or firefox, then go to the extension store and install "stylus".
you also need to inspect the browsedns page you wish to theme, go to "style editor". then begin editing what you want (click the same theme as the one your currently using).
when your done: open the extension menu and open up stylus, make a new file, and copy the entire css file you edited into it (below what is already there, dont delete the default text) then save and enable it

v1.1 of profile themes - changelog: the banners are now re-implemented but faded from top to bottom gradually. Groups also have specialised theme support just like user profiles. Messages can also be colored and themed
