ive just been KICKED out of moderation team because i was...posting daily? and apparently "not doing my job"-murkey1002. well i just do wanna say i appreciate that i was at least part of the team for a bit. but crazy thing, murkey1002 pls hear me out. I have BEEN working irl 7hrs a day. AND after work, i even try to find pockets of time to chat here! but why murkey1002, why :( pls, understand what im going through. i wont be online as often since now that ive been kicked out of the team. murkey, pls
@helloROBLOXparty listen. I am not murky. But i can tell you that when you were having 7 hours to work irl, You could of at least asked for a break. We would of happily gave you one. But you didnโt. Part of being a moderator is making sure things donโt escalate. Whether it be in Shoutbox or in topics. You had the tools to lock topics and warn people. But you didnโt. Iโm not trying to come off as rude. Just being honest. If you donโt have any questions. Happy Browsing!

If you consider poor quality posts and barely any moderation being done as efficient mod work then I honestly would let you have my job.
And no, you were kicked off the team because you were not improving. I'm not sure why you think I am doing this for absolutely not reason. I work too and I completely understand where you're coming from. What I don't understand is the amount of time you've had to do something and you've done nothing!
In addition to that, you could have requested a break. I've been really patient, it's very funny how people wait until I take action to tell me about your life and how you've been doing last minute! I can't read your mind and when you don't communicate with me it always will result in miscommunication.
Good luck in your future endeavors and I set high expectations for everyone. If that is difficult for anyone who is interested in applying then don't apply!
If you want me to be honest, everything was going fine. Just not on your behalf.
