How do you make something up to someone?

For context, I don't really believe i did anything wrong, but I kinda suck at checking my notifications and remember things, and I feel like it's taking a toll on someone I hold near and dear to my heart. I just want advice, it could be gifts, words, anything really. Anything would be appreciated! <3

Well the best thing to do is to start remembering. Make reminders and plan accordingly, you might not be able to remember. But your reminder will remind you of the thing that you forgot about.

for me, i go missing and no contact with no prior warning whatsoever for about a year and a half, because my parents will take away as many of my privileges as possible and never give them back unless I follow a strict set of guidelines.
