hi uh im emmett yeah so im on here again bc ive been pretty lonely irl and im too scared to text bc i came out to my irl friends and they respect it which is good but my mom read my stuff sooo yea. these past few days have been hell becaus my moms been clothing shopping for a vacation and is trying to get me to wear super girly stuff (mind ypu she knows im trans) so i js say yea even tho i dont lke it rahhhhhhhhhh the dysphoria has been bad recentlyyyy. about a year and 1/2 ago i realized i was trans aftr denial as i was in the alt right anti lgbtq+ community and was basically kissing tne ground the daily wire walked on (i realized this was bad n stuff, dw ive left those spaces) so i was like 11 or 12 when i realized. so yea ummmmmmmmmm send advice sry for ranting

hello! i've been in a similar situation multiple times.....sometimes parents are just like that and sometimes there isn't much u can do about it. What helped me was to set small side missions/tasks to distract urself from dysphoria. try exploring the place when u go on vacation, try researching that one topic that you've been curious about, watch a msuical etc. anything you enjoy and gives you small bursts of energy. set urself a goal for tommorow, so that you can wake up with an objective and a motive to get out of bed, try it!

for example: tommorow, im gonna try that pie ive never tasted before. tomorrow, im going to read about that new comet scientists just found etc etc
