I have 12 rep and my posts arn't being qeued

Ok so acording to a mod a new user[like me] need at least 20 rep to not have posts qeued. Well I have 12 rep and my posts arn't being qeued. Is this some glitch that might get me banned? or am I good?

Nope! I assure you that It is not a glitch! Raven had removed the post queue a couple days ago.
