Hello! As lots of you know, I have POTS! i'll teach and educate you about it today!

What Is POTS?

POTS, (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) Is an heart disability and an invisible one too. People with POTS usually complain when they stand for a prolonged period of time or standing up, they feel very uncomfortable wirh dizziness, nausea, headaches, anxiety, heart palpation, and sweating. Therefore, They either have to sit and or lay down so they dont faint.

Signs Of POTS

Heart palpations (going up by 40bpms or more)
Dizziness, Nausea, Sweating, Anxiety, When Standing
Salt Cravings (Not all POTS patients have this but I do)
Inability To Exercise For Long
Lightheaded
(Those are most common signs of POTS)

Heres My Heart Palpations Log From Today If Anyone Wants To Know.

June 23, 2025
12pm - Laying down - 101, Standing up - 167

4pm - Sitting down -, 113, Standing up -172 (fainted on this one)

8pm - Sitting down, - 98 , Standing up, 154

11pm - Sitting down, - 106 , Standing up - 181 (fainted)
