Can someone please help with my iPad 10th generation it's activation locked.

hmmm, so you have a few options. mind you this just happened to my iPad air 4th gen. so number 1: do you or anyone you know have an apple mac? because if u/they do, then all you need to do is preform the hard-reset program. idk how to do, but just google "how to run restart program on mac for iPad. and your second is: All you need to do is take it to an apple store, they might even be able to help you without FULLY restarting your iPad. so hopefully that was helpful. let me know if you have any more questions!
