It does seem to be a bug, everything is disabled and this shouldn't appear automatically. We'll look into it.

It is possible we just need to logout and log back in/refresh the site.

EOTF is disabled until @VGMoose or @Pwsincd find a solution.. The Q&A plugin was there to help us keep track of solved issues not in edge of the forum but the support category options and things like that. I must have clicked EOTF while doing that a couple days ago.
