I literally woke up 30 minutes ago with a muscle that just paused in my neck, AND I THOUGHT I BROKE IT.
seriously, I share a room with my mom, and she is in a deep sleep

i literally cried for 20 minutes and remembered smth my school nurse taught us in 4th grade, rubbing on the muscle so the blood heats up or smth (she sucks at explaining)
