windows 11 on a 2006 sony vaio handheld

so i watched this video from a youtuber named janus cycle his videos are mostly reviews of retro tech both old and modern and i once stumbled upon an easeier way to put windows 11 on piece of retro tech such as sony vaio handheld for example all you have to do is put the operating system itself on a CD-ROM and download it into the system then do all the stuff like setting it up (p.s. windows has been buggin with windows 11 where they make unavailable on old pieces of tech) but i wanna know any other wearabouts of this smart that happens with retro tech addded with modern operating systems do yal l have any way i can do of any sort? just asking!
