I'd recommend using create a forum or forumspark Create a forum is easier to use if you have no coding knowledge however it will appear with ads after a month, forumspark is more complex however it has no ads. You will need an email for both. If you need any help I can try but I have no coding knowledge whatsoever.

I am an experienced coder and such but it seems like you want someone else to do ALL the work for you then give you moderator privileges.
I am not going to, ''help'' somebody who makes me/someone else do all the work then take credit for it.
