"unable to load file"

i have been starting to notice some issues popping up recently and the most common one I'veto been getting is unable to access file and want to know if there is a way i cam fix it

it's due to a limitation of the browser by nintendo

What file type, and did it used to work? Pretty much only common image formats and text files are supported.

@VGMoose its a gif file and yes it did work before
