why are my chat features restricted? @SodaDocter is trying to me to their gc and everytime they add me it's say my chat features are restricted any tips?

Here's something to note, make sure your settings allow for anyone to dm you. You can do this by going to settings and looking for the privacy section. There you should see an option to "disable any incoming chat messages." Your gonna want to have that off!
