Weird switch bru dns message

When i logged into the switchbru dns thing there was and still is a red box at the top of the screen that says something about the hosting site has been expired and idk what it means (This is my first post here and i am not really good at wording things so sorry if this sounds confusing, idk what is happening and i just wanted to see if i am the only one experiencing this. the same red box was there before and after i logged into my account for the switch bru dns)

i got the same thing just last night
idk what's going on? -
The message is gone now, idk if it was a glitch, i think it was a issue with the people who made the SwitchBru DNS with the ownership of the site since it said something about the hosting site plan
